As a Restaurant Floor Manager at Natsuya, you will support the Restaurant Manager by leading by example, helping to manage the smooth operational running of service to ensure the restaurant team deliver an exceptional and memorable experience for our members and guests. You will play a key role in training, mentoring and coaching the team, with a high level of organisation and communication.
3+ years experience in Food and Beverage management.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to get on with a diverse range of people – you can quickly understand, influence and negotiate.
Experience managing the daily operations, set up, standards & operating procedures
Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our guests
An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic
Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills

This is a full-time role with a minimum requirement of 45 hours a week over 5 days.
On target potential earnings inclusive of tronc is projected between £35,000 and £40,000 p.a.
We are currently seeking a sushi chef to join our kitchen.
At least 2 years experience in the back of house
Enthusiastic, energetic and passionate with food
A good understanding of food safety
Able to work under pressure
Experience with sushi preferred
